Age Concern Stafford & District provides three day services : Rural - serving Gnosall and surrounding villages. Rehabilitation - 6-8 weeks attendance following discharge from hospital. Mental health needs - a service for older people with a dementia illness. |

Day Services at Bradbury House Bradbury House is a purpose built day centre and provides an up to date facility to provide quality services in comfortable, welcoming surroundings. |

Rehabilitation - This is a service provided for the Mid Staffordshire General Hospitals NHS Trust and provides a continuity of medical treatment and physiotherapy for older people recently discharged from hospital. The service looks to assist people back to independent living through giving practical information and advice on falls prevention. The staffing of the unit is both NHS and Age Concern staff and volunteers. The team is led by Angie Dean. Mental health needs - This service is accessed through Social Services and is a partnership between social care, health and voluntary sectors providing a supportive service for older people with a dementia illness and their carers. The highly trained team of Age Concern staff is led by Julie Collingham, seconded by Social Services. |

Rural - Our rural service is accommodated in the Grosvenor Centre in the village of Gnosall and operates on two days a week. Older people access the service through Social Services. A programme of lively activities and outings are provided and the team of workers and volunteers is led by Elaine Walker. |
