Our Home Support Department offers a variety of services available to you in your own home to help you to maintain a safe, healthy and independent lifestyle. Our services include personal care, practical help with shopping and housework and a seasonal gardening service. Our Personal Care Service has now been extended to a Saturday too, providing you with six days of care, Monday to Saturday if required.
At Age Concern Stafford & District we specialise in Dementia Care services offering day care facilities, an ‘at home’ sitting and personal care service and a specialist advice and support group for service users and their carers. We have a high ratio of fully trained staff to service users to ensure personal and individual care.
To access any service just takes a telephone call. A member of our First Link team will then call you, or visit you at home and can offer support whilst deciding which service is most appropriate to meet your needs, and can provide regular contact in your home whilst signposting to services and agencies which can help you to live an independent and fulfilling later life.
