Programme for August 2007
I have pleasure in detailing below the programme of events in August 2007 for the Activity Club.
If you would like to attend any of the sessions below then please fill in the application form and return with your payment to the Community Action Department at Bradbury House. Each session will cost £5. Limited transport for those in Stafford town may be available - please see individual events for details.
Please remember that even if you aren't interested in the theme of the day, we have lots of other activities on offer that you would be most welcome to join.
KOPS (Krafty Old People) Friday 3rd August 1.30
3.30 pm at Bradbury House – Cost £5
By popular request – make your own Christmas cards!!!!! Beat the queues, come and have a mince pie and make you own Christmas cards with Tracy from “ Just the thing”.
IT Club – Wednesday 8th August
10.00 – 12.00 mid day at Bradbury House – Cost £5
Whether you are a novice or a computer whiz, come and try out your computer skills on the IT bus. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Pub Lunch Trip – Tuesday 21 August
12.00 midday
Come and join us at the Wildwood pub – the table is booked for 12.00 mid day. Contact Lisa or Carolyn on 01785 607060 for availability and menu.
Shopping trip to Trentham Gardens – Friday 31 August
10.00 – 3.00pm – Cost £5 – transport only.
Indulge yourself in a little retail therapy at the outlet park at Trenham – shops or garden centre – take your pick! We will also have time for lunch in one of the little cafes – the choice is yours.
There is a non refundable cancellation fee of £3 per session. Cancellation 1 – 2 days before the event – no refund.
Limited transport is available for those in Stafford town at £3.00.
